The Stars of the Industry Awards Dinner is THE industry event of the year to attend! Join us for an evening of delicious food and great company while we recognize and the celebrate the brightest stars in our industry. Dinner tickets are $95 per person or $800 for a table of ten. Please contact us by Monday, October 23rd if you are anyone in your party will require a vegetarian dinner option.

But we live in an Experience Economy and delivering the “MEMORABLE MOMENT SERVICE EXPERIENCE” is tougher still because guests expect the hospitality service EXPERIENCE to be delivered in such a way as to enlarge and enrich “The Service Encounter”. This presentation will address the characteristics of “The Experience Economy”, will explain how to “enlarge and enrich” each service experience and will highlight tactics for generating “memorable moments” for the hospitality guest.
