The latest growth spurt in the city’s West End is a trio of connected and evolving eateries from restaurateurs Josh Lanahan and Michelle Lozuaway.

Owners of Street at 801 Islington St., the husband and wife recently opened Street’za, B’zaar and B’bar in connected spaces on the front side of the same address.

Street’za is a New York-style pizza restaurant with from-scratch crust, sauce made from tomatoes grown on the couple’s Hampton Falls farm and topping choices that include fennel, roasted lamb, Korean BBQ beef, or spicy kimchi. There are salads and wings for now, and when they can find more staff, sales by the slice will be sold from the front counter.

“As soon as we have people,” said Lozuaway, who is hiring cooks, pizza makers and front-of-house workers.

The pizza kitchen is now staffed for dinner Tuesdays through Saturdays and starting next week, for lunch on the same days. Lozuaway said more salads and toppings will be added to the menu, as will fried chicken and sandwiches. Gus Owen, who runs the Street’za front of house, is also launching a delivery service that will include beer and wine delivery with menu items.
